andy66 Posted January 7, 2010 Report Share Posted January 7, 2010 Everyone please keep my Dad, Mike Garrett in your prayers. He suffered a heart attack yesterday afternoon. He was rushed by ambulance to Tyler's ETMC Hospital. A Stint was put in to unblock a main artery that was 95-99% percent blocked. The doctors have all said that he was very lucky. mikeg Posted January 10, 2010 Report Share Posted January 10, 2010 I just got home this afternoon. Thanks to all of you for the prayers and for caring. It means a lot to me and my family. They told me if I had been 20 to 30 minutes later to the hospital that I probably would not have made it through this. I survived the heart attack that is called " The Widow Maker". For some reason I have been given a second chance by the Man upstairs. Tell everybody that you love that you do love them every chance that you get because there might be no tomorrow.
