txtom
The article reads like they are approving Kyle for 2010, when in reality, Kyle, or any other track in Texas, have always been open to non-sanctioned practice sessions. A team could rent San Antonio and practice, if they wanted. The article mentions Kyle because of the west race run there each year. If it was a truck race, no practice allowed. But any team could rent Corpus, Houston, Wichita Falls, or about every other track out there, to include Texas World Speedway. It is well known that a couple truck and ARCA teams used the old sooner International Speedway a few times for testing after it was closed.
