HiTech Posted January 3, 2009 Report Share Posted January 3, 2009 bobby oneal passed away ..for those who spend thier nights at cc speedway and didnt know his name .. would know him as the man in the wheelchair .... everytime i went to cc he was there ....known him for over forty or so years ... he passed from cancer .....
