thumper
Well it looks like we might survive the storm afterall. We were hit dead on.They say only 75 mph wind but I know thats wrong. It was about 120 mph wind that took my carport and threw it over my garage at home into a tree.My entire yard looks like a war zone. The business made the wind OK but the water got deep.3 ft inside the main building. We are still cleaning up and looks like this well go on for some time.Even Thumper took a bath.Looks like it might be a while before he races again. The good part is nobody was injured. The matereal things lost can be replaced in time. Many people had it worse than me.Our power was out until Sunday but some are still out.The mosquitos are the bad thing now.No swamp has worse. We could use a good breeze right now to dry things out. Thanks to everyone for the offers to help and concerns. We will try to make it back to race asap.Good luck to you all.
