LONE STAR TOWER TO BE FEATURED ON MICHAEL HOLIGAN'S "YOUR NEW HOUSE"

FORT WORTH-DALLAS (Nov. 25, 2003) - Dallas-area homebuilder Michael Holigan is

the new owner of a Lone Star Tower condominium at Texas Motor Speedway. Viewers

across the country will get a glimpse of the two bedroom/two bath unit as

Holigan renovates it in a special five-part series for his nationally syndicated

show "Your New House."

"We're going to take a great space and make it even better," said Holigan. "We

plan to turn this unit into an entertainment center for our friends and clients

to enjoy and watch the great races at Texas Motor Speedway."

The exact air dates for the five-part series is yet to be determined, but it

will most likely run in late January or early February. Holigan plans to begin

the renovations in December with construction being completed in January.

"I'd like to say it would start and be completed in December -- but you know how

those builders are," laughed Holigan. "It really is a great project and we're

very excited to get started. As always, we're working with top companies to

provide a first-class look to the unit. It will have Kohler faucets and

fixtures, Wood Mode cabinets and one of our local companies, DalTile, will

provide all of the ceramic tile for the project."

"Your New House" began in 1994 and currently airs in more than 130 markets

across the U.S.

Holigan announced earlier this month that he will field a NASCAR Busch Series

team for 15 races in 2004. The team will be based locally in Fort Worth. The

No. 50 Enzyte Chevrolet will be driven by Texas native David Starr who will also

be competing full time once again in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.

Lone Star Tower houses 76 luxury condominiums and nearly 100,000 square-feet of

office space. For more information on Lone Star Tower, contact John Eschberger
