We are tring to talk to the tracks about this new Association, but we need your help. If you want to look at what we are trying to do, then Email me your address & I will email you a set of rules. But right now there is some disagreement with the new SIMS/ULMA (Ltd Mod) rules. Which were supposed to be "locked in" for five years. Several tracks are planning on dropping the sanction, and this may be an attempt to organize another one. Hence it being in the dirt section, where the other was for pavement limiteds.
