NickHolt Posted December 12, 2007 Author Report Share Posted December 12, 2007 I took those pics from the front straight and got rained on by bits of hot pyroplastic from that explosion. One of them burned a hole in my tee shirt. There actually were two explosions - the first one you can see detonating in the trunk area in the first pic and the big one you see going off in the second pic. We all ran over to the Carson's car immediately after he finally landed on the ground and if he wasn't out cold he sure put on a good act. It was a second or two before he realized what had happened and he kinda walked funny on his way over to the PA guy (who would it have been back then?).
