rebelracewriter
To all our friends and contributors: I am pleased to announce that Behind the Wheel and BTWOnline have joined forces with the Marble, N.C. based National Dirt Digest, and that I have agreed to come on board with NDD as Editor. While I will retain an office here in Fayetteville, Tennessee (thanks to the miracles of modern technology), it will now operate solely in the interests of National Dirt Digest. BTWOnline will exist only as an e-mail based advertising entity, in order to serve existing clients who wish to continue these services, and not as a means of soliciting such services on behalf of anyone other than NDD itself. The btwlma@vallnet.com e-mail address that you been accustomed to sending your race information, photos, and press releases to is no longer a valid address for this purpose. Please send all future racing related material to nddigest@aol.com, or if you have a matter that requires my attention: sam@nationaldirtdigest.net. If you are NOT currently an NDD contributor, or have been an exclusive BTW correspondent or photographer until now, please contact me at sam@nationaldirtdigest.net or Publisher Brian McLeod at brian@nationaldirtdigest.net for NDD specs, mechanical requirements, etc. I hope that you will consider being as generous with your time and talent on behalf of NDD as you have been in your past dealings with Behind the Wheel and BTWOnline. While this was a difficult decision to make, I'm not one to look back, and my pledge is to work as hard to continue NDD's success as America's premier Dirt Late Model news and information source, as I did for my own publication. We expect great things from our new NDD team, and while National Dirt Digest will remain largely unchanged for the remaining 2007 racing season, you can expect to see some elements of BTW to be incorporated into its style and format in 2008, along with some new innovations. As one whose own work is on display to the racing world, we hope you'll like what you see. Thank for your part in our past success. I look forward to working with you in the future. - Sam Holbrooks, National Dirt Digest
