(June 25, 2007) – Terry McMillen helped wake the city of Tulsa this morning during a live track-side interview with FOX. Talking with the hosts of FOX 23’s “Day Break” show, McMillen, who races both Top Fuel and Alcohol Funny Car, explained what fans could witness this weekend at Tulsa Raceway Park during the Skull Shine Sooner Nationals, the third event of the $19.5 million Knoll-Gas Nitro Jam Drag Racing Series. Later Friday morning, IHRA officials placed all on-track activity on hold until further notice. Excessive rain all day Thursday prevented race teams from moving into the pits, therefore delaying Friday racing.
