Sunday’s Twin Frostbuster at Marshalltown Speedway has been canceled because of rain and generally cold conditions, completing the weekend trifecta of washed out specials at Buena Vista Raceway in Alta Friday evening and at Boone Speedway yesterday. All three specials were to have featured IMCA sanctioned Modifieds, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods, Stock Cars and Hobby Stocks. Marshalltown’s regular point season starts this Friday, April 6. Boone gets the new season underway with Saturday, April 7 points races and Buena Vista’s opener is set for Wednesday, April 11.
