rebelracewriter Posted March 27, 2007 Report Share Posted March 27, 2007 For Immediate Release/Your Information March 25, 2007 From Bill Martin, IMCA Public Relations 319 472-2201, x225 Twin Frostbuster specials start season at Boone, Marshalltown BOONE, Iowa (March 25) – Four IMCA divisions are on the respective race night cards for Twin Frostbuster specials at Boone Speedway Saturday, March 31 and at Marshalltown Speedway Sunday, April 1. Modifieds vie for $500 to win, while first place in Stock Car features pays $400. Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and Hobby Stocks chase $200 top checks. IMCA national, home region and Smiley’s Racing Products state points will be given both nights. Entry fee for each event is $30 for Modifieds, $25 for Stock Cars and $20 for SportMods and Hobbies. Gates open at 2 p.m., hot laps are at 4 p.m. and racing begins at 5 p.m. both days.
