This is what I am looking at, yes the Limiteds was a first year class but the champion #88 is not a rookie to any type of Modified so he is out, the second place car was #37 Andy Van Blarcum and he has never raced a full size car before this season which pretty much makes him a shoe in for the award. Same goes for all the other classes, in the Modifieds the first driver to not have raced on dirt or a modified would be Mike Riley, the Super Stocks I am totally clueless, the Street Stocks would have to be Daniel Duncan, Bill had never raced on dirt but he has raced street stocks for a long time, Daniel raced once or twice in a street stock but usually ended up on his roof, the pure stocks would have to be either Sam Myers or Brad Titzman, the Texas Thunders probably Cody Limerick, and in the Bombers probably Justin Jackson.
