neon14 Posted June 27, 2006 Report Share Posted June 27, 2006 Its pretty simple, you dont have to pull the motor out ar anything. But you have to remove alot of crap out of the way to get the trany out. The trany will drop out of the bottom. I think the neons made in mexico have a non modular clutch and the ones made in belvidere have a modular clutch. Have your vin # with you when you go to the auto parts store. Also check those shifter bushings they go out all the time, if so try these they work great http://www.modernperformance.com/dcx/booger.shtml Anyway I hope this helps.
