I have never heard of Austin or round rock or Belton having Dirt Tracks. But I would love to see the pictures as well. but that time period is well before my time.
Hello everyone. I have finally gotten back Frank Ferris last chassis that he build before he got the MRE Stringer car. I am trying to see if anyone may have a picture of it when it was together. all I know is that when I originally got it the body was fiberglass Camaro with the roof still having Leroy Brooks 02 on it. it would have been Frank's signature orange and white. any help would be great. I plan to put the car back together and run it again and want to build a body like it originally had on it.
auto zone, oreilys should have the metal type. for the composite ones you will have to go to a performance shop or order from a catalog like speedway, smileys, day motors, or get a hold of walt at eagle supply he may have one.
i will have to see if I have any, most of what I have is my grandpa woodalls collection and my moms. I have been trying to get my hands on Franks but with no luck yet.
Bobby just about any picture of a 42 will be of buddy woodall. that is my grandfather and most of the picts i have is of him. thanks Nick the scanner I have will only scan at a size of 8.5" by 11" and bigger.
some have names on the back of the pics so i will try to make a list of the ones i have maybe some of the guys on here with the best knowledge and memory of drivers can help.
