CTS Safety Crew

Recommended Posts

Yall had your hands full last night , I wanna say Thank You !!! I know your "just doing your job" but "your job" is probably the most important one at a track and you all do it very very well !

It didn't feel very good popping the wall but having you all respond and tend to me and respond to all the other carnage throughout the night as quickly as you do makes starting that car a little bit easier.

Thank you Chris, having a familiar face and voice asking me questions and caring about my situation made it a lot easier for me.

Thank you Mr. Wrecker driver for being patient with me and understanding my mumbling of where I thought my pit spot was lol.

CTS you do a FANTASIC job, Thank you all !!!!

Glad you're OK Ivan.

By the way, Ivan,. who is the Manager at Al Willeford Auto Body Shop and Collision Center on Lang Road in Portland, did did some great work on my son's 2000 Ford Ranger. The roof was leaking and the paint was all peeling off after another body shop messed up a repair job.

Ivan's crew not only fixed the lead, they made that ancient Ranger look like new. Check out the pics,.

That's Ivan on the left, my daughter Lauren in the middle with her good friend Samanthat on the right.

WHEN I get through choking ill give you my answer .... I think it is just A MERCY deal with me huh ..anyway just glad ivan is ok folks were trying to talk to me while they checked on ivan they were new to racing and made the trip up from corpus the three grown boys were on their first outing to watch Joshua race and first time to any race at that and did not realize that hit was harder than they thought .. once I knew he got out ok then I talked to them and explained those little looking hits can do more damage to a driver than most harder hits .in this case the car did not hit hard enough to absorb most of the impact ..

Yeah we were sitting with some other people and it was the same with me. I was worried because in the stands it didn't look that hard but after seeing the car it was a lot harder than it looked. Also that young man driving the wrecker, I believe, is Sam Reed, a young man I've known for many years. A very nice respectful young man..
