NeilTPS Posted July 23, 2005 Report Share Posted July 23, 2005 IMCA Modifieds & Kids Race Car Rides - July 29 Pleasanton, Texas - After the IMCA Modified Feature Race, the kids will be invited to ride in race cars, at much reduced speeds, on the ¼ mile I-37 Speedway track on Friday night July 29. The July 29th racing program will feature: The IMCA Modifieds…who will again be the final feature race of the night IMCA Southern Sports Modifieds…and I-37 Speedway Limited Late Models… I-37 Speedway Pure Stocks… I-37 Speedway Street Stocks The IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Southern Sports Modifieds will be competing for 2005 IMCA National Points. Heat and Feature Races will be held for all classes. Gates will open at 4pm. The racing program will begin Friday at 8:30pm. I-37 Speedway is a quarter mile oval dirt track located on the east side I-37 exactly 30 miles south of the Interstate 37 and Loop 410 interchange. Racing fans from San Antonio, Corpus Christi and other South Texas areas should take Interstate 37 to exit #104 (Leal Road) then proceed south on the east frontage road to I-37 Speedway.
