IMCA Mods + Double Points at I-37 Speedway-July 22

 

Pleasanton, Texas -

 

It will be the IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Southern Sports Modifieds racing for national points at I-37 Speedway on Friday night July 22 plus all I-37 Speedway classes, who will be racing for valuable DOUBLE CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS.

 

The July 22nd racing program will feature:

 

The IMCA Modifieds……..................racing for regular IMCA national points

IMCA Southern Sports Modifieds…have been added to the July 22 schedule

Limited Late Models…….................racing for double championship points

Street Stocks……………....................racing for double championship points

Texas Outlaw Modifieds…..............racing for double championship points

Pure Stocks………………....................racing for double championship points

 

Heat and Feature Races will be contested for all six classifications.

 

The #1 and #4 drivers in IMCA National Points standings, Henry Witt and P.J. Egbert have informed I-37 Speedway of their intention to race at the Pleasanton track this Friday night. A large field of IMCA Modifieds are expected to compete at the 1/4 mile dirt track on Interstate 37 on July 22.

 

Gates will open at 4pm. The racing program will begin Friday, July 22 at 8:30pm.

 

I-37 Speedway is a quarter mile oval dirt track located on the east side I-37 exactly 30 miles south of the Interstate 37 and Loop 410 interchange.

 

Racing fans from San Antonio, Corpus Christi and other South Texas areas should take Interstate 37 to exit #104 (Leal Road) then proceed south on the east frontage road to I-37 Speedway. Adult Grandstand - $ 10

Seniors 65 and older - $ 8

Competitors Pit Passes - $ 25

Children 7 to 11 years - $ 3

Children 6 and under - FREE
