DIRT MOTORSPORTS™ ACQUIRES VOLUSIA SPEEDWAY PARK AND RAISES AN ADDITIONAL $4.0 MILLION

DIRT MotorSports™ (DIRT) (OTCBB: BMSR.OB) announced today it has completed the purchase of Volusia Speedway Park. Volusia Speedway Park includes a ½ mile semi-banked oval, 3/8 mile semi-banked asphalt oval and a 1/8 mile banked clay go-kart track. Located near Daytona Beach, this famed facility has seating for nearly 10,000 fans. The track is a popular venue for the DIRT owned World of Outlaws Series® and UMP Late Models as well as a variety of other classes including DIRT’s big-block modifieds.

Brian Carter, DIRT CFO stated “Volusia Speedway Park is an important acquisition for DIRT, continuing our commitment to acquire selected racing facilities to complement our national World of Outlaws touring series and our national and regional dirt racing sanctioning bodies. Volusia Speedway Park is recognized as the southeast’s premier dirt track facility. Several of Volusia’s biggest events are scheduled to complement NASCAR races at the Daytona Speedway, attracting both dirt and asphalt fans from all over the country.”

“We have a committed institutional investor base that supports DIRT’s long term business strategy, as demonstrated by this additional $4 million funding. This acquisition is a major step in our operating plan to build revenue drivers by running events at DIRT-owned facilities,” said Paul A. Kruger, DIRT Chairman and CEO. “Along with our DIRT-owned Lernerville Speedway in Pennsylvania and Rolling Wheels in New York, Volusia will continue to be a showcase for the best dirt track racing in the country, including DIRT’s World of Outlaws national dirt touring series.”

In February, The World of Outlaws Sprint Series and World of Outlaws Stacker 2® Late Model Series® kicked off their domestic race season schedules at Volusia Speedway to record crowds during the track’s 34th Annual Winter Nationals. This event was broadcast on The Outdoor Channel, the official broadcast partner of the World of Outlaws Sprint Series. During the 2005 racing season, the Company anticipates that Volusia Speedway Park will host more than 60 events.
