$1,000 to win IMCA Modifieds Special at I-37 On July 1st

 

Pleasanton, Texas -

 

I-37 Speedway will be the only area track presenting Friday night oval races on the Independence holiday weekend. To celebrate, I-37 Speedway will present a patriotic red, white and blue special event by awarding $1,000 which will be up for grabs to the winner of the IMCA Modified feature event at this Friday night’s July 1st race .

 

The July 1st special racing program will feature:

The IMCA Modifieds…who will field feature grid of more than 20 cars

IMCA Southern Sports Modifieds…

Limited Late Models…

Street Stocks…

Pure Stocks…

and Bicycle Races for the kids

 

As usual, the IMCA Modifieds will be competing for 2005 IMCA National Points.

 

Heat and Feature Races will be held for all classification competing on July 1.

 

Gates open at 4pm. The racing program will take the green flag Friday at 8:30pm.

 

I-37 Speedway is a quarter mile oval dirt track located on the east side I-37 exactly 30 miles south of the Interstate 37 and Loop 410 interchange.

 

Racing fans from San Antonio, Corpus Christi and other South Texas areas should take Interstate 37 to exit #104 (Leal Road) then proceed south on the east frontage road to I-37 Speedway. Adult Grandstand - $ 10

Seniors 65 and older - $ 8

Competitors Pit Passes - $ 25

Children 7 to 11 years - $ 3
