jp17 Posted June 6, 2005 Report Share Posted June 6, 2005 I was quick to criticize the folks at American Heritage Inn when they dropped the ball but I want to be equally quick to respond when they step up to the plate and go the extra mile. For reasons I’d posted earlier, we had not intended to stay at AMI this past weekend. I got a call from Mary Ann last Thursday though and she relayed that Stan from American Heritage was trying to reach me. I called him back and he was extremely nice and very apologetic for the bad experience we had there before and offered to comp one of our rooms if I would re-consider. Between us and YMS we transferred a total of 6 reservations to AMI. The entire process was pain free, the rooms were clean and comfortable and everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. It was.
