txtom
Just thought I'd put this up. Not a very good scan, but you old timers should know the car and driver. Bonus question--Where did the car originate?
NickHolt
I believe that would be Kent Lewis out of Houston. Would that be an old Freddy Fryar Nova? Nick Holt

txtom
You got it, Billy. August '79, Rapp wins. The car at that time was owned by Melvin Myers. And it is the old Tony Fasulo car. If I remember right, Don Myers drove it part of a season before Rapp took over. On a side note--Several years ago, Stock Car Racing or Circle Track magazine-one of them- had an article about this car. Started life as a Chevelle, and was re-skinned to a Nova. After getting beat up for years, a guy in Arkansas got it, and completely restored it back to it's original Chevelle days. Don't know where it is now. I know it's sister car, Fryar's #14, is in Houston in the possession of the Lyall brothers.
