I37Speedway Posted February 9, 2018 Report Share Posted February 9, 2018 ATTENTION RACERS....... TRANSPONDER PLACEMENT. MODIFIED and SPORT MOD - Mount on passenger side of car even with mid plate. LIM. LATE MODELS,STREET STOCK,PURE STOCK and SPORT COMPACT. Mount on passenger side of car no further forward than 12" from center of lower ball joint. DO NOT MOUNT MORE THAN 31" FROM GROUND TO BOTTOM OF TRANSPONDER. SILVER LABEL MUST BE POINTED AT GROUND FOR IT TO READ CORRECTLY. We encourage everyone to come to the Feb. 24th practice to make sure that transponders are working correctly. Track Officials have final say on placement of transponder on each vehicle. TexasAggie13 Posted February 11, 2018 Report Share Posted February 11, 2018 I may be wrong, but I believe I remember Ray telling me the whole system was already in place from before the track shut down.
