TRP Posted December 12, 2016 Report Share Posted December 12, 2016 We have confirmed that Shady Oaks Spredway Will be hosting the USMTS event on February 16 through 18, 2017. We believe it is very important not to impede on that event in any fashion. It is easy to reschedule a practice. We want everyone who is able to support that event and compete to do so or simply attend as a fan. With that being said, we would like your input as to whether to adjust the date of our practice to the weekend before or the weekend after the Shady Oaks USMTS event. It is likely that the potential for better weather is the weekend after drawing closer to March, and possibly more cars are ready as we get closer to March. TRP Posted December 14, 2016 Author Report Share Posted December 14, 2016 In consideration of the USMTS event scheduled at Cottonbowl Speedway for February 9th - 11th, 2017, and of course the SOS event scheduled for Feb 16-18th, we are leaning heavily to going with the Feb 25th option for the practice night at TRP. We will render a decision by early next week. We are thinking this will also give just a bit more time to some of the teams to have their rides ready.
