The 3/8-mile clay oval in Southwest Kansas comes back to life on Saturday night, July 23, with a full slate of championship chase action with the next event just six nights later on Friday, July 29, kicking off the Dodge City Days festival with “Driver Appreciation Night.”

When action resumes on July 23, all five of the track’s championship chase divisions will be in action including the Precise Racing Products DCRP Sprint Cars, IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars and IMCA Hobby Stocks.

Tickets for “Driver Appreciation Night” will be distributed to drivers as well on July 23 with those that have competed in 100% of the scheduled events this season receiving 20 tickets to give to friends, family and sponsors with all other drivers receiving ten tickets to distribute.

“Driver Appreciation Night” will once again feature all five of the track’s championship chase divisions with numerous prizes drawn for among the tickets that are redeemed at the front gate. The grand prize up for grabs will be a Hinchman Racing Suit.

With a handful of race nights remaining on the 2016 DCRP slate, Luke Cranston (Precise Racing Products DCRP Sprint Cars), Nick Link (IMCA Modifieds), Kevin Tabor (IMCA Sport Modifieds), Michael Pepper (IMCA Stock Cars) and Cody Davis (IMCA Hobby Stocks) are leading the way in their respective title chases.
