DVeit Posted March 20, 2005 Report Share Posted March 20, 2005 Well, we're on our way back to Corpus right now from Houston from the WoO race at Houston Raceway Park. I must say those sprint cars are awesome! We got the lucky the rain just missed us, we only got a few drops at around 5 oclock. We just went through some pretty good storms on highway but I think we're in the clear now. I have a nice souvinier for you Jason, come by and check it out when you get a chance . Donny Schatz won riding the cushion while Steve Kinser was comin on strong on the bottom. Schatz got it by by about a half a car length, or sprint car length. I forgot who got the pole but the time was a 13.55 @ 99mph, not bad for a 3/8 mile dirt track eh? Anyways I have some pictures and videos I may post later.
