J.C. Agajanian Featured at Racers Reunion Banquet

 

Cary Agajanian will address the “Legacy of J.C. Agajanian,” his father. The senior “Aggie” was a remarkable player in the motor sports world of the 1930’s through the 80’s, as a car owner for drivers like Walt Faulkner, Troy Ruttman and Parnelli Jones, and as a promoter of innumerable west coast races at Ascot Park and other tracks. Make plans to be in Irving, Texas on Sept. 19, 2015 as we pay tribute to Lloyd Ruby and J.C. Agajanian.

 

MASTER OF CEREMONIES - Kevin Olson, the Wisconsin veteran who is a ten-time midget champion, is scheduled to be the emcee. Olson, a past winner of the Turkey Night Grand Prix and a member of the National Midget Racing Hall of Fame, also writes monthly for Sprint Car & Midget Magazine. Olson is a crowd favorite everywhere he goes. There are sure to be many stories about the antics of Olson and one of his best friends, Stan Fox.

 

DAYS OF TULSA THUNDER - Enjoy the spoof based on the life of 2014 Racers Reunion Banquet guest of honor Emmett Hahn. Hahn was a five-time Tulsa Fairgrounds Speedway Supermodified Champion. And remember the words of Harry Hogge, “rubbin’, son, is racin’!

 

TICKETS - Tickets for the 2015 Racers Reunion Banquet will go on sale July 8th. The general admission ticket includes all activities throughout the day starting at 2:00pm. This includes the afternoon guest speaker, the autograph session, the dinner and the feature presentations about Ruby & Agajanian for $35 per person. Tickets on Sale Now for the Racers Reunion Banquet

Tickets for the Racers Reunion Banquet, featuring tributes to Lloyd Ruby and J.C. Agajanian, are now on sale. The 6th Annual event looks to be a great success in the making, with guest speakers coming from Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Louisville and Fort Worth.

 

Building on the momentum of the past, a capacity crowd is expected this year. Seating is limited. Tickets can be purchased by mail or by credit card at RadiusNation.net. The deadline to purchase tickets is Friday, September 11, but order early to secure seating.
