Travelodge Posts Awards for Corpus Christi TPS Races

 

San Antonio, Texas -- Texas Pro Sedans Series Race and Administrative Director, Neil Upchurch has announced that a special contingency sponsorship award will again be presented by the Travelodge Airport of Corpus Christi. The award has been posted for each of the three 2005 races at C.C. Motor Speedway.

 

Travelodge Airport in Corpus Christi is will award one (1) complimentary room night to the Texas Pro Sedan driver, who, in the official opinion of the TPS Race Director meets all listed contingency eligibility requirements:

 

- The winning driver must register at Travelodge Airport in Corpus Christi on race weekend.

- The driver must be an official entry and sign in at C.C. Motor Speedway pit with his/her TPS car on the applicable TPS race date.

- The driver must reside outside of a 50 mile distance to C.C. Motor Speedway.

 

At the first TPS race on April 9, the award will be issued to the eligible and attending Texas Pro Sedan driver by “Luck of the Draw” at the TPS Drivers Meeting.

 

At the second TPS race on July 9, the award will be issued to the highest pointed Texas Pro Sedan “Rookie of the Year” driver at the TPS Drivers Meeting.

 

At the third TPS race on August 13, the award will be issued to the highest pointed Texas Pro Sedan driver at the TPS Drivers Meeting.

 

To redeem the award, the winning driver must present the award at the Travelodge desk upon checking out the day after each race.

 

The Texas Pro Sedans have named the Travelodge Airport as the official TPS Race Headquarters.
