I-37 Speedway – “Enduro 250” Saturday, Feb 5

 

Pleasanton, Texas - I-37 Speedway will start the 2005 racing season with the “Enduro 250” on Saturday, afternoon, February 5. All gates will open 11:00am. The Enduro 250 will take the green flag at 2:00pm. The event will be a 250 lap feature race on the ¼ mile, I-37 Speedway dirt oval. The event is open to dirt and asphalt Pure Stock class cars from all Texas tracks. Race rules will allow a starting field of 51 cars.

 

I-37 Speedway, Corpus Christi Motor Speedway and San Antonio Speedway are all conducting early season “Enduro” races utilizing the same technical rules. In a recent announcement, the three tracks decided to contribute $200 each toward a joint prize money fund. They have jointly posted a $600 bonus for the “Enduro” team who finishes best at all three tracks.

 

I-37 Speedway Ticket Prices on February 5:

Adult Grandstand - $ 10

Seniors 65 and older - $ 7

Competitors Pit Passes - $ 25

Children 7 to 11 years - $ 3

Children 6 and under - FREE

 

I-37 Speedway Entry Fees and Pit Pass Prices:

Entry Fee – Enduro 250……… $40 per car

Saturday Race Day Pit Passes... $25 per person in pits

 

I-37 Speedway located on the east side I-37 exactly 30 miles south of the Interstate 37 and Loop 410 interchange. Racing fans from San Antonio, Corpus Christi and other South Texas areas should take Interstate 37 exit #104 (Leal Road) proceed south on the east frontage road one mile to I-37 Speedway.
