We will be posting more information on each of the events on the SAS website and TSZ as soon as we have finalized all of the details. In addition, we hope to send out press releases on the first two events within the next week. We are looking for drivers and cars for both the 2/20 and 3/5 events. If you or anyone else is interested in showing a SAS car (all classes) at either (or both) event(s), please send me an e-mail at debwill@swbell.net. If you're interested in showing a USRA Super Late Model or Truck, please contact Chuck Licata at chucklicata@usraspeed.com. UPCOMING EVENTS: February 20 - 11:00A - Daytona 500 Watch Party hosted by San Antonio Speedway, USRA and FASCAR: Car Show, Media Coverage and Watch Party at Firehouse Pub & Grill, 5380 Walzem Road, San Antonio March 5 - 7:00P - NASCAR Night at the San Antonio Rampage Game, SBC Center: Car Show and Special Admission Package March 12 - 10:00A-4:00P (tentative times) - Open Practice at SAS for all classes. March 12 - 5:00P - Enduro Race - 200 laps or two hours, whichever comes first - jointly hosted by the Baptist Children's Home March 19 - *7:30P - Season Opener featuring the San Antonio Speedway NASCAR Late Models, Sportsman, Road Runner and Women on Wheels classes March 26 - *7:30P - NASCAR Late Models, Sportsman, Road Runner and Women on Wheels April 2 - 7:30P - USRA Super Late Models (formerly known as ROMCO), USRA Truck Series and SAS Sportsman *Please notice new starting time for the SAS 2005 season - now 7:30P instead of 8:00P Regarding your question concerning the car registrations, Mike is sending out registration packages this week.
