Qualifications - 200 points are awarded for quick timer, 198 for second quick, 196 for third, etc. Only the top 50 qualifiers make the heats, the rest are put in the last chance heats in which the first eight finishers will fill the back of that night's C feature (starting in the sixth row). Last Chance Heats (for drivers out of the top 50 in Qual.) - 50 points awarded to the winner, 47 for 2nd, etc. Heats - 100 points are awarded for the heat winner, points go down by three: 97, 94, 91, 88, etc. Heats are inverted (8-10). This sets up the best racing of the week. Top four finishers go to A, next four to B, last two to C. C featureTop four finishers go to back of the B. Fifth place is worth 92 pts., 6th is 90, etc. B featureThe top four finishers transfer to the tail of the A. The B awards 142 points for fifth, 140 for sixth and so on by twos. A featureThe A feature points are the same as time trials: 200, 198, 196 etc. This explains how a driver cannot make the A, but if he timed well may have more points than someone who did make the A. First tie breaker is finish position in respective main event. Next tie breaker is rank in time trial. The third tie breaker is pill draw. Other tie breaking criteria may be implemented if needed. A perfect score (quick time, heat win, feature win) is 500. The top 16 in points from Wed. and Thurs. are locked in to Saturday's program. FRIDAY The top 4 finishers from the A-Main move into spots 17-20 in Saturday's A-Main. Friday's event will consist of qualifying, heats, C if needed, two B-Mains and A-Main as well as the Speed Sport Knoxville World Challenge. SPEED SPORT Knoxville World ChallengeThis is an international invitational event. The lineup is inverted according to points accrued on Wednesday and Thursday. The top finishing driver among the top three in the World Challenge is eligible for a position in Saturday night's main event. SATURDAY 54th FVP Knoxville Nationals presented by Casey's General Store Finals Events: E feature, D feature, C feature, B feature, FVP Knoxville Nationals Championship feature. The B, C, D, and E feature will take the top four finishers to the tail of the next event (if there are scratches, there may be more taken for a particular event) PURSE WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY: Heats:1. $150 2. $125 3. $100 4. $90 5. $80 6. $70 7. $60 8. $50 9. $50 10. $50 C Feature:1. $150 2. $150 3. $150 4. $150 5. $250 6. $200 7.$175 8. $150 9. $140 10. $130 11. $120 12. $110 13. $110 14. $100 15. $100 16. $90 17. $80 18. $70 19. $60 20. $50 B Feature:1. $200 2. $200 3. $200 4. $200 5. $600 6. $550 7. $500 8. $475 9. $450 10. $425 11. $400 12. $375 13. $350 14. $325 15. $300 16. $275 17. $260 18. $250 19. $240 20. $225 21. $200 22. $200 23. $200 24. $200 A Feature:1. $12,000 2. $10,000 3. $7,000 4. $6,000 5. $5,000 6. $4,000 7. $3,500 8. $2,500 9. $2,000 10. $1,750 11. $1,500 12. $1,400 13. $1,300 14. $1,250 15. $1,200 16. $1,150 17. $1,100 18. $1,050 19. $1,000 20. $1,000 21. $1,000 22. $1,000 23. $1,000 24. $1,000 FRIDAY: C Main:1. $200 2. $200 3. $200 4. $200 5. $600 6. $550 7. $500 8. $475 9. $450 10. $425 11. $400 12. $375 13. $350 14. $325 15. $300 16. $275 17. $260 18. $250 19. $240 20. $225 21. $200 22. $200 23. $200 24. $200 B Mains:1. $400 2. $400 3. $1,200 4. $1,100 5. $1,000 6. $950 7. $900 8. $850 9. $825 10. $800 11. $775 12. $750 13. $725 14. $700 15. $675 16. $650 17. $625 18. $600 19. $575 20. $550 21. $525 22. $500 A Main:1. $4,000 2. $4,000 3. $4,000 4. $4,000 5. $3,000 6. $3,000 7. $3,000 8. $3,000 9. $5,000 10. $4,000 11. $3000 12. $2,500 13. $2,400 14. $2,300 15. $2,200 16. $2,100 17. $2,000 18. $1,900 19. $1,800 20. $1,700 21. $1,600 22. $1,500 23. $1,400 24. $1,300 Speed Sport Knoxville World Challenge:1. $10,000 2. $5,000 3. $3,000 4. $2,500 5. $2,000 6. $1,800 7. $1,700 8. $1,600 9. $1,500 10. $1,400 11. $1,300 12. $1,200 13. $1,100 14. $1,000 15. $1,000 16. $1,000 17. $625 18. $600 19. $600 20. $600 SATURDAY Best Appearing Crew:1. $500 2. $250 3. $150 Best Appearing Car:1. $500 2. $250 3. $150 E Feature:1. $600 2. $600 3. $600 4. $600 5. $800 6. $775 7. $750 8. $725 9. $700 10. $675 11. $650 12. $625 13. $600 14. $575 15. $550 16. $475 17. $450 18. $425 19. $400 20. $375 21. $350 22. $325 D Feature:1. $800 2. $800 3. $800 4. $800 5. $1,200 6. $1,100 7. $1,000 8. $950 9. $900 10. $850 11. $825 12. $800 13. $775 14. $750 15. $725 16. $700 17. $675 18. $650 19. $625 20. $600 21. $575 22. $550 C Feature:1. $1,000 2. $1,000 3. $1,000 4. $1,000 5. $2,000 6. $1,750 7. $1,500 8. $1,400 9. $1,300 10. $1,250 11. $1,225 12. $1,200 13. $1,175 14. $1,150 15. $1,125 16. $1,100 17. $1,050 18. $1,000 19. $950 20. $900 21. $850 22. $825 B Feature:1. $1,000 2. $1,000 3. $1,000 4. $1,000 5. $8,000 6. $7,000 7. $6,000 8. $5,000 9. $4,000 10. $3,500 11. $3,000 12. $2,500 13. $2,250 14. $2,000 15. $1,750 16. $1,500 17. $1,450 18. $1,400 19. $1,350 20. $1,300 21. $1,250 22. $1,200 23. $1,150 24. $1,100 A Feature:1. $150,000 2. $75,000 3. $37,500 4. $26,000 5. $21,000 6. $20,000 7. $19,000 8. $18,000 9. $17,000 10. $16,000 11. $15,000 12. $14,000 13. $13,000 14. $12,000 15. $11,000 16. $10,500 17. $10,000 18. $10,000 19. $10,000 20. $10,000 21. $10,000 22. $10,000 23. $9,500 24. $9,500 SEASON WINNERS: Donny Schatz - 12 (Volusia Speedway Park on Feb. 15, The Dirt Track at Las Vegas on March 6, Devil's Bowl Speedway on April 19, Lawrenceburg Speedway on May 27, I-96 Speedway on May 31, River Cities Speedway on June 20, 34 Raceway on June 27, Cedar Lake Speedway on June 29, Lernerville Speedway on July 15, Autodrome Drummond on July 26, Cornwall Motor Speedway on July 27 and Ohsweken Speedway on July 29);
