Race-Ready
What type of throttle stop is required at HMS. I know there are several different kinds. Which one does HMS want to be used. Thanks Shane
Poohba
I don't know the HMS rules but you should have 2. One at the carb and one at the pedal. Adjust the carb stop first then the pedal stop so it touches just after the carb stop. When your jamming the gas (as you should!) you want the force to be on the pedal stop and not the carb shafts/stop but the throttle full open. Use locknuts on any stops you fab of course. Thanks for the reply. I am aware of the type of stops you are refering to. I thought they may want some kind of air operated safety cylinder that nascar uses. Thanks again.
