CBSwriter Posted January 13, 2014 Report Share Posted January 13, 2014 Larry L Kahler announced earlier that Doyle Massa Mod car #31 has asked him to announce that NASCAR and ProLate Model driver Jeff O'Neill will be driving the #31 Mod for at least 18 races this year. Starting at Cotton Bowl Speedway opening night. He also stated that he has known Jeff for a few years now and finds him to be a very clean and good driver. Also, he stated that he hopes everyone will welcome him. As Larry said, Congrats Jeff O'Neill and welcome to the dirt. We look forward to seeing you at Cotton Bowl Speedway.
