What gear for a pure stock

Need to know what gear is optimal for a 7.5 metric pure stock. Will be running a 350 automatic.

Depends on how high you want to spin your engine.

4.10 rear in second gear would give you a 6.24 final.

2.56 rear in first gear would give you a 6.45 final.

2.73 rear in first gear would give you a 6.87 final. This would be your best bet. You shouldnt spin more than 6500rpms with this final at STS in a purestock.

I run a 6.88 final in my car. 3 speed saginaw with a 4.10.
