The second Saturday of the Texas DODGE Dealers OktoberFAST racing action is just 4 days away.

 

A quick F A Q for everyone.

 

Friday Night

 

Practice for all cars.

Pit gates open @ 3:00.

Practice from 5:00 until 10:00.

Safety Services, Wrecker, and Armed Security will be on premises.

TPS, Sportsman, and WoW, $50 per car with driver.

ROMCO and TSRS, $100 per car with driver. Crewmembers are $10 each.

Grandstands are free.

No minors under age 14 in pit.

No minors age 14-18 allowed in pit without a minor release completed by PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN in presence of SAS staff. NO exceptions, ID’s checked.

No pets, motorized scooters, golf carts, etc allowed.

NO alcohol until end of night. If you drink before end of the night’s practice session, you will not race on Saturday. Driver will be held responsible for actions of crew. In other words if the crew drinks the driver pays the price.

Trailers, cars, etc allowed to stay overnight. Camping in parking lot is OK.

Armed Security (former Mississippi Sheriff with a temper – “you in a heap of trouble boy”) will patrol property overnight

 

Saturday

 

Pit gates open @ 9:00.

No minors under age 14 in pit.

No minors age 14-18 allowed in pit without a minor release completed by PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN in presence of SAS staff. NO exceptions, ID’s checked.

No pets, motorized scooters, golf carts, etc allowed.

Only tow vehicles with trailers are allowed in the pits.

All normal sized enclosed trailers are permitted in pits. No 18 wheelers, Double-Stackers, Motor Homes, Coaches or others deemed oversized by SAS Track Officials. NO personal vehicles. If there is not a racecar and trailer attached to the vehicle then it’s a personal vehicle.

NO alcohol until end of last race of the night. If you drink before end of the night’s racing events, you will be forbidden to compete in any event for 1 year. Driver will be held responsible for actions of crew. In other words if the crew drinks the driver pays the price.
