Big G Smith Posted January 30, 2013 Report Share Posted January 30, 2013 The NasKart Pro Racing Series celebrates its 8th consecutive year of racing with the announcement that Royal Purple has signed on as the title sponsor for the 3rd year. The NasKart’s have been a stepping stone into higher classes of racing for 2 notable drivers. 1. Lyndon Kirk, the NasKart 2009 champion successfully moved into Limited Modified racing a few years back and won the points championship in that class for 2012. 2. Jason Marshal has won the NasKart points championship for the last 2 years and ran the #18 Late Model for a few races last season. For 2013, Jason will be driving the 07 Pro Modified sponsored by OTX, in addition to campaigning his #1 Pro NasKart in an attempt to win 3 championships in a row. 2013 will be a breakout season for the NasKarts. Plans call for increasing the kart count to 14 plus karts. OTX League Racing using the OTX Arrive and Drive Pro Karts will be a great way to recruit new talent for the Naskart Series. There will be Pro Naskarts available for qualified drivers looking to get into the big show along with open practice available every Thursday night at CTS.
