"The Demo Derby has been postponed due to the infield being to soggy to hold the event. Out of respect for the owners and drivers of our regular racers, we feel that we cannot allow the Demo Derby to take place on the racing surface. We feel that the amount of debris that would be dropped on to the racing surface would be just to much to expect us to pick it all up. Therefore, if we can't hold the Demo Derby in the infield section of the track, we won't do it." All other events scheduled for 9-17-04 are expected to take place. Please come out and join us. Except for the dwarf cars........was disappointed to hear that we had been deleted from the show for the second straight time. Not sure why.
