FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

POWERDEMON .COM to Power Space City 125 Pit Crew Challenge

Houston, Texas (September 14, 2004) - The Texas Super Racing Series announced that Powertrain Development & Performance Transmissions (PowerDemon.Com) has agreed to post a $500 cash bonus to the team that performs the quickest pit stop at the 2004 Space City 125 Pit Crew Challenge held at Houston Motorsports Park. "We are doing this because we wanted to give something extra," said Robert Vining owner of Power Demon.Com. "We are also posting awards for the top 3 finishers in the race, but the pit stop competition is something special. We wanted to recognize the crews for all their hard work."

The pressure to perform will be squarely on each crews' shoulders as they try to earn their driver a good spot on the starting grid. Each crew will be time tested in a simulated pit stop on their ability to service their teams' racecar. The Space City 125 is the only event in Texas with this unique qualification method and has received tremendous response from race fans attending the event.

2003 defending Pit Crew Challenge Champion and TSRS regular Jamie Fuller and his #43 crew; Jimmy Cobb, Pat Lyon, Jeff Fisher and Daniel Dominguez are expected to be on hand to defend their title. At the 2003 challenge, the #43 crew set a new record when they turned in a scorching 36.932-second stop. The 2002 championship team of EFG Motorsports, and driver of the #53 Monte Carlo Ryan Englehardt, also are expected to be competing for this year's prize.

October 1st and 2nd are the dates for the 3rd Annual Space City 125. For the second year in a row, the Texas Super Racing Series will be the sanctioning body for this one of a kind late model stock car race at Houston Motorsports Park.
