texana55
A few notables that stood out to me: Mickey Helms, driving Tony Blankenship's car and finishing 3rd in the feature. The "Racers Friend' can sure wheel a car and make 'em work Wade Jones, Pole sitter and never looked back to win the A. As curteous and respectful of a young person as I have ever met. Always impressed with the caliber of this man. Me, driving Lauren's car. Started last in the heat and got 2nd to go to the A. That felt good. Jumped to the outside lane in the A and car hooked up to pass a couple, but mechanical failure caused an early departure. Hopefully a rocker arm, but let's hope it is not deeper so the girl can make the CBS race. Still had lots of fun after a good while out of the seat. Patricia Lucas - The lucky rabbits foot will be yours soon. The lone lady out there last night. Stay at it sister. David McGuire - You have that STS track down. Nice and straight thru the turns to win a B Main. Few more horses and you would have been striking for the A Main win. Stephan Danielsen - I took lots of mental notes. You know how to wheel a car and promote a series. Really one of the best I've seen behind the wheel and a scientist and what you do. Jarrett Barber - Running in the top 4 and would have likely finished there if not for a flat late in the feature. Brian King - You have become a driver who can handle the tacky and the dry. Another heat win. Looked good. Joe Boop - Doesn't get to race as much as you'd like due to work schedule, but looked steady and had the big tire car looking nice and straight thru the turns. Many more, but these are just a few things that stood out to me.

dancer52
I was trying to forget the fact that the most damage to our cars have been from our own team mates these last three races...they seem to keep "meeting" each other...lol
