trk31 Posted May 10, 2012 Report Share Posted May 10, 2012 on the 53" that is blinking when power is turned on its going to be the bulb. you can get replacemnet bulbs from bulb solutions. not sure of the number but google them. probably only about 150.00 fix and easy to replace yourself. txtom Posted May 12, 2012 Report Share Posted May 12, 2012 On your tv that blinks, that is also a signal the the light door may be open. It should have a microswitch on it. It will shut off even if only slightly open. It is a 15 second check. If that is not the case it is probably a bulb going bad as stated by trk31.
