9:00 AM Pit Gates Open All Classes

11:00 to 1:00 Tech Inspection ROMCO & TSRS & ARTS

12:00 to 12:50 TSRS Practice (all TSRS drivers must check in prior to entering the track, radios & transponders on)

12:50 to 12:55 Break

12:55 to 1:25 ARTS Practice

1:25 to 2:25 ROMCO Practice

2:25 to 2:30 Break

2:35 to 3:15 TSRS LAST Practice

3:15 to 3:20 Break

3:30 TSRS Officials/Staff Meeting (@ TSRS trailer)

3:20 to 3:50 ARTS Practice

4:00 TSRS Drivers/Spotters Mandatory Meeting (Followed by Rookie Drivers Meeting)

4:05 to 4:10 Break

4:10 to 4:50 ROMCO Practice

4:50 to 4:55 Break (Tech for TSRS Closes @ 4:50)

4:55 to 5:15 ARTS Qualifying

5:00 ROMCO Drivers Meeting

5:00 TSRS Grid Cars on Dirt Road in Qualifying Order

5:15 to 5:45 TSRS Qualifying

6:15 to 6:20 Break

6:20 to 6:50 ROMCO qualifying (all tents down)

6:50 to 7:00 Opening Ceremonies (TSRS-Uniformed teams on Pit Road)

7:00 to 7:30 TSRS Grid Cars on Dirt Pit Road in Race Order

7:30 to 8:20 TSRS Race, Rolling Driver Introduction, 65 laps or 50 minutes (yellows do not count)

7:50 to 8:20 ARTS Grid Trucks on Dirt Pit Road in Race Order

8:20 to 9:00 ARTS Race, Rolling Driver Introduction, 50 laps or 40 minutes

8:40 to 9:00 ROMCO Grid Cars on Dirt Pit Road in Race Order

9:00 to 9:15 ROMCO Grid Cars on Track with In-Car Drivers Introduction

9:15 ROMCO Race, 125 laps

 

 

NOTE: There will be a time limit on all Classes for each race. If a class is not ready with cars girded and ready to roll, when called time delayed will come off of that class' race. If any long delays are experienced the ROMCO race may be moved up in the race order. No rigs can leave before the ROMCO race is completed.

what about inclosed trailers?

Terry Barden said that all enclosed trailers would have to be removed from the pit area, this is so that the race fans can see all the racing action. Thanks, hope to see everyone at this BIG EVENT!
