TEXAS WINGED OUTLAW MODS added to IMCA and ATV Races at I-37 August 6

 

Pleasanton, Texas -

 

Friday night August 6th the Texas Winged Outlaw Modifieds have been added to the race schedule at I-37 Speedway which will also will feature:

 

IMCA Modifieds…Limited Late Models…Pure Stocks…ATV races... (ATV all terrain vehicles).

The ATV class will feature four divisions: “Pee Wee” for 90cc ATV’s, “Intermediate” for 350cc, “Advanced” and “Pro” for open cc engine equipped ATV’s. The coordinator for the special ATV event is Paul Lozano, who is also the Head Technical Official at San Antonio Speedway.

 

The decision to add the Texas Winged Outlaw Modifieds to the August 6 program was made at a recent I-37 Speedway staff meeting and anounced by track General Manager Frank Torres.

 

Heats and a Feature Race will be held for each classification.

 

Gates open at 4:00pm on Friday, August 6th The racing program starts at 8:30pm.

 

I-37 Speedway is a quarter mile oval dirt track located on the east side I-37 exactly 30 miles south of the Interstate 37 and Loop 410 interchange.

 

Racing fans from San Antonio, Corpus Christi and other South Texas areas should take exit # 104 (Leal Road) proceed south on the east frontage road and follow the signs to I-37 Speedway. Adult Grandstand - $ 10

Seniors 65 and older - $ 7

Competitors Pit Passes - $ 25

Children ages 7 to 11 years - $ 3

Children ages 6 and under – FREE
