11:00 am to 1:00 pm - Restricted Practiced

1:00 pm - Organized practice sessions as listed below:

4:00 pm - ROMCO Drivers and Spotters Meeting (IN THE MEDIA ROOM)

4:30 pm - Track Closed For Cleanup

4:45 pm - Drivers Meeting- ALL DRIVERS MUST ATTEND- EXCEPT ROMCO (IN MEDIA ROOM)

 

ATTENTION DRIVERS: It is MANDATORY for ALL DRIVERS/SPOTTERS to attend the HMS Drivers/Spotters Meetings. If you fail to appear at these meetings you will start at the rear of the field in heats and feature races.

 

5:15 pm

Allison Legacys Time Trial

Legends Time Trial

HMS Late Models Time Trial

ROMCO Time Trial

 

6:45 pm

Bandoleros Heat (8 laps or 4 minutes)

Allison Legacy Test & Tune (10 minutes)

Legends Heat (10 laps or 5 minutes)

 

7:15 pm - OPENING CEREMONY

 

Bandoleros Feature (12 laps or 6 minutes)

 

7:25 pm - Presents Michael Crofford Car #51 - Supporting MD Anderson Children’s Art Project

 

Allison Legacys Feature (50 laps or 25 minutes)

Legends Feature (20 laps or 10 minutes)

HMS Late Models Feature (50 laps or 25 minutes)

 

9:00 pm - INTERMISSION- ROMCO Line-Up / Fans Meet Drivers and Crews

 

ROMCO Feature (125 Laps) Followed by Trophy Presentations

 

Track Closed—Pits Open for fans to meet drivers and crews.

 

************* MEMO *************

Insurance regulations stipulate the only convenience vehicle's allowed at HMP will be GOLF CARTS and 4 WHEELERS. Drivers and riders MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.

(NO scooters-motorized or manuel, bicycles, skateboards, roller-skates or roller-blades, etc.)

 

Children must NOT play in the pit area. (Please play in the fenced-grassed area behind the Pit Concession Building.)
