thumper Posted November 28, 2011 Report Share Posted November 28, 2011 I want to thank STS and Owen for a great practice nite.The new Thumper worked fairly well except for the throttle cable problems.The back straight extension was a great idea,now theres little danger of hitting the turn 2 wall because it is further back. Also thanks for putting the little cars on the race schedule.With the minies from Edna and the Valley plus the frontrunners from I 37 and Thunderhill along with the Corpus cars should be a great race.Gobany,that Honda is a fast little car,hope I can keep up. What I understand is everyone is to sign up as a frontrunner or sport compact for RWD .Must buy pit pass but will have a purse.Rules will be relaxed this year for this race as well.Thanks STS for thinking about us guys.Many of us have nowhere else to run.Anybody who misses this race doesnt want to race anyway.So I guess the test is ours.I will be there with a new throttle cable.Hope to see everyone else too.
