Duel on the Brazos set for April 1 - ASCS Gulf South Region Event Offers $3000 to Win Payout Waco, Texas (March 16, 2011) - Life Partners Inc. and Heart O’ Texas Speedway have teamed up to present the Life Partners Inc. Duel on the Brazos for the Smiley’s Racing Products American Sprint Car Series Gulf South Region on Friday, April 1, 2011. The event features a winning payout of $3,000 with $400 to start the 25-lap event. “With Life Partners support, we are able to offer the largest single-day event purse in the history of the speedway,” said Gene Adamcik, speedway owner. “We are excited about the opportunity to create an event that will attract the area’s top sprint car drivers and provide our fans with an outstanding race program.” This event marks the American Sprint Car Series first of three appearances at the speedway in 2011. The Oil Medics Lone Star Region visits the speedway on June 10 and a Gulf South/Lone Star region showdown event is set for July 29. Grandstand tickets for the Life Partners Inc. Duel on the Brazos are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors and students and $3 for children 6 to 11. Pit passes are available for $25. Gates open at 6:00 pm with racing starting at 8:00 pm.
