TRACK ANNOUNCER
Kennedale Speedway Park is proud to announce that it will be the host of the Vintage Open Wheel Club on June 25th, 2011. KSP will put forth a effort to help this fine organization in it's goals to display the great race cars of old. The raceway understands the importance of preserving racing history and being able to provide the opportunity of having these fine race cars on display for the racing community to enjoy, recall of memories and the sparking of conversations of yesteryear racing. KSP is just happy to help provide this in conjunction with the club. Vintage style race car owners of any type are also invited to bring your race cars to KSP for the show as well. ( Contactact Doug Rollo, "Track Announcer" for information via private message or by email at drollo@verizon.net. ) You do not have to be a member of the Vintage club to participate. Various media members will recieve invitations to the raceway to witness this occasion including a writer from a nationally publicized Vintage race car magazine. On Saturday, June 25th at Kennedale Speedway Park, the Vintage Open Wheel Club will compliment the show card of Sprint cars, the IMCA Hobby Stock King of the Hill event and a full race program of IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Southern Sport Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars, IMCA Hobby Stocks, Street Stocks and Jr Mini Stocks. Kennedale Speedway Park is also working hard on organizing and the planning of other great additions to the experience for KSP fans and racers to enjoy. So stay tuned for more updates.
