I was reading a book and it says a good starting point for springs is RF650 LF550 RR200 LR200 for a track like THR. And what would be a decent QA1, Pro, etc. shock to start out with? It looks like you've been reading a Steve Smith book - good for the basics, but the top dog Pro Mods are well beyond the basics. Best of luck.
