We realize that some of you may not have ordered your banquet tickets yet for this Saturday’s 2010 THR & TSRS Awards Banquet, and we need to finalize our headcount with the banquet venue for the number of BBQ plates, etc. We have extended the ticket order deadline to 10A tomorrow morning (Tuesday, January 25). If you plan to attend the banquet and still haven’t ordered your tickets, please send an e-mail immediately to Becky Cooper at happycoop@austin.rr.com. Be sure to indicate how many adult and children’s tickets you want to order. You can bring the following ticket order form and payment for the tickets with you to the banquet: THR2010BanquetTicketOrderForm.pdf A very limited amount of tickets will be available at the door, so you must order your tickets in advance if you wish to attend the banquet. If you’ve already ordered your tickets and want to confirm that you’re on the banquet list, please contact Becky at happycoop@austin.rr.com. We’ve received several inquiries from folks who do not want to eat at the banquet. Since we’re using a contracted facility and providing a live band, these services are included in the cost of the ticket. As a result, we are not offering tickets that do not include the meal. debwill Posted January 27, 2011 Author Report Share Posted January 27, 2011 We’re only a couple of days away from our 2010 THR/TSRS Awards Banquet, and we’ve gotten an amazing response so far. Our latest count shows that at least 350 people have ordered tickets for the banquet. Although the deadline has already passed for ordering your tickets, we did want to let you know that we will have a limited number of tickets available for purchase at the door that will include the BBQ plate. If we run out of food, we will continue to offer tickets for banquet entry, but they will not include the dinner plate. The ticket cost will be the same. We’re really pleased with the anticipated turnout on Saturday so far, and we will do our best to host an incredible evening in honor of our well-deserving drivers!
