WildRacer5
The racing wasn't all that bad. Not a great car count for the Late Models.... more bombers than LM. Winners LM - Pending Tech 1. Aramendia 2. Bendele 3. Cole SM 1. Johnson 2. Oates came from 6 on the restart with 2 to go 3. Shanklin #27 led for a long time cut a tire with two to go while leading RR 1. Rohmer 2. kelly Jr 3. #20 (can't remember the name but the car was for sale) Anybody know how much he wants 12 bombers started the race and was a good turnout with the I37 rainout All results are of course un official as it was my first time to SAS in a long time and my not get the drivers name right
Truck99
My wife and I were at the SAS races last night. It was only the 2nd time I had been to SAS, and I had a great time. It was virtually a caution-free night except for the start/restart problems. Joe Aramendia, Larry Bendele, and James Cole put on a good show in the late models. However, the show of the night was definately the sportsman cars. Frank Johnson did a great job to come from the back and win, but Oates drove his butt off the entire race. Justin - great show! Your moves at the end of the race reminded me of Jimmy Johnson a couple weeks ago. One last thing, if the 50 car is a TSRS legal car, you TSRS guys should be able to compete next weekend with no problem - he was flying. WildRacer5
The key to 50 car was the 10' tires. and yes it was TSRS legal, I here Joe say it was legal
