The April 9 2011 Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Sanctioned super late model race carries a purse in excess of $155,000.00 with a minimum of $75,000.00 to the winner of the 300 lap battle royal. Drivers eligible for the PASS loyalty bonuses could walk away with a $100,000.00 pay day, more than Jeff Gordon earned when he won the last major league event at the storied speedway. THE RACE will take the green at 6:00 PM and end under the lights, a first for North Wilkesboro Speedway. In addition to THE RACE, Saturday’s card will feature two super late model last chance races, a 100 lap, $5,000.00 to win feature for the ground pounding tour type modifieds. Advance sale general admission tickets are $25.00 for adults and $10.00 for youngsters ages 6-10. That’s a savings of $10.00 on an adult admission and $5.00 on a children’s ticket if purchased on race day. According to PASS President Tom Mayberry, “PASS has a history of innovative promotions and we’re confident that short track fans will appreciate the fan-friendly ticket prices for an event of this magnitude. It’s a great value, and we wanted to get the word out in plenty of time for the holiday season.
