i37DirtTrackMama Posted October 12, 2010 Report Posted October 12, 2010 Due to the track prep schedule for the 1000 Buck Shootout we are going to have to change the date we are looking at for a Test and Tune to Thursday, October 21. Sorry for this change but we have equipment coming in to work on the track lights on the 16th which would affect the Test and Tune. It looks like we have the interest to hold a test and tune so let's see what the response is for this date. It is the day before the race so if there are racers that would like to stay at the track you are welcome to. We do not have shower facilities but we have a garden hose! We would plan to start the practice session at 4:00 and would go to 9:00 pm. Prices would be the same as previous post. Let's hear how this date would work with schedules. Quote

rd9 Posted October 12, 2010 Report Posted October 12, 2010 i think it is too hard for most people to come on a week night just to practice. a weekend would b better even a sunday if necessary Quote
dancer52 Posted October 12, 2010 Report Posted October 12, 2010 actually the thursday before a big show is probably the most common date for a practice..... Quote
robwhite Posted October 12, 2010 Report Posted October 12, 2010 Probably can't make a week night...But if that's when it is we'll try like he** Quote

Woodwayracing18 Posted October 14, 2010 Report Posted October 14, 2010 Hey, What about our regular parking is it still reserved for the regulars or is it going to be a free for all. Quote
i37DirtTrackMama Posted October 15, 2010 Author Report Posted October 15, 2010 Hey, What about our regular parking is it still reserved for the regulars or is it going to be a free for all. Racers with regular reserved parking spaces will be able to use their spots on the night they race. If your class is not racing then the parking spots are open to guest racers. We are not going to be allowing single cars or trucks in the pits unless there are specific needs and Jim will need to be notified ahead of time so the pit booth admissions is aware of the arraingements.
